Door Knocking with Omar - Tuesday March 19

Come join Omar and his team of enthusiastic volunteers as we meet the neighbors, and find out their concerns for the next provincial election.

First time door knocking? It's so much fun. Here's what you need to know:

  • All first door-knockers will be paired up with an experienced buddy - have fun together!
  • We will have materials for you to provide those answering the doors.
  • It’s a great way to get your steps in!

Come join us from 5:30 - 8:00 PM on Tuesday this week:

Date: Tuesday, March 19, 2019

Meeting Spot: Outside at 510 6 Avenue S.E.

When:  5:30 PM to 8 PM

Contact with Questions: Ashley Scheelar (amscheelar@hotmail.com)

Other items to remember:

  • Please make sure to leave a bit of time to find parking if you are driving
  • If you are charged for parking we are happy to reimburse you for parking fees
  • Dress appropriately – you may not want to have a big bulky jacket on if knocking indoors and if knocking outdoors you don’t want to be cold!

Why it's so important:

Research has proved that the single most important way you can get Omar elected is by meeting voters where they live. Talking to someone at their door and LISTENING to what their concerns are increases the likelihood that they will consider and vote for Omar in the election.
