Bill 10's Power Grab

The Kenney Government's Bill 10 is a drastic overreach of Executive power.

While we understand that the current situation requires a nimble government, we can never forsake democratic pillars like transparency and accountability. The Alberta Party calls for a sunset clause to be inserted into the legislation, so that when this crisis ends, so too does the emergency powers this government has granted itself.
