Tim Grover Named Executive Director of the Alberta Party
January 27, 2015
Edmonton, AB - Alberta Party leader Greg Clark announced that Tim Grover, Wildrose candidate for Edmonton-Whitemud in the recent byelection, has been appointed as Executive Director of the Alberta Party.
“I’m excited to have someone with Tim’s experience and passion for our province join the Alberta Party team,” said Clark. “During the byelections it was clear Wildrose was trying to become more moderate, and Tim was a big part of that movement.
“Tim and I share a common, optimistic vision for the future of the province. He’s a great addition to the Alberta Party team.”
Grover brings a wealth of experience to the role and has earned his living over the last 25 years by starting, growing, and operating successful small businesses throughout Alberta.
"I am excited to take on this new challenge," said Grover. "The Alberta Party, led by Greg Clark, is rapidly gaining support thanks to a real, meaningful vision of Alberta.
“With the Wildrose floor crossings and the turmoil in Alberta politics, many Albertans are looking for a new political home,” said Clark. “The next election will be a choice between the same old PC party and a positive new future. The Alberta Party represents Albertan values of strong fiscal discipline and social moderation. Attracting high quality people like Tim is a great example of this in action.”
