Season's Greetings from Greg Clark

Posted on December 22, 2014 by Greg Clark

Please accept my warmest wishes for the holiday season!

First of all I want to say I’m thankful for you. As an Alberta Party supporter, you’ve been part of the best year in our history. Thanks to you we can look back on 2014 as the year we became an exciting alternative to a 43 year old dynasty that has forgotten about us, its citizens.

We punched above our weight in policy, fundraising, and membership due to the hundreds of volunteers just like you who know that the Alberta Party represents the heart of this province: democratic transparency, respect for the environment, fairness of taxation, and a firm belief that every Albertan shall be treated equally no matter who they love.

Albertans suddenly find themselves without a strong opposition and need a new and better political choice. The Alberta Party gives our province an alternative that reflects our shared values as a community.

The most refreshing thing about the Alberta Party is that it is focused on generating the best ideas to solve our problems. We seek out good ideas from anywhere, not just within our party. Smart and engaged people are out there working hard to make Alberta a better place, and they don’t all belong to the same party. A unifying force is needed as never before in our province. The Alberta Party will focus on what we have in common rather than what divides us. Politics needs to be about people, not about politicians and political parties competing with one another.

I look forward to another exciting year ahead, and hope you get to spend this Christmas season with loved ones and family. You’ve earned it!

Warm regards,

Greg Clark

Leader, Alberta Party
