Constitutional MeetingInnisfail, AB, Canada · February 23, 2013 at 11am - 4pm
The Alberta Party has changed significantly over the last two years. With these changes, our party constitution and bylaws became outdated and our vision and mission needed to be refreshed. In typical Alberta Party fashion, members were asked to submit proposed amendments to our bylaws or constitution by December 22, 2012. These proposed amendments have now been compiled and a summary of them are available on our website.
There will now be a Special General Meeting on February 23, 2013, to discuss and vote on all the proposals. The constitution and bylaws set the rules for how our party operates – including how decisions are made and who gets to make them – which means it is important that we get it right! We invite you to attend this Special General Meeting to have your voice heard and be part of the process.
