Alberta Education System Forum

Calgary, AB, Canada · November 29, 2017 at 6:45pm - 8:30pm

Alberta's Education System has been a topic of both interest and controversy as of late.

The Alberta Party Calgary-Hawkwood CA invites all those interested to join us for a townhall on the current Education System, curriculum changes, and possible reforms. A guest panel lead by former CBE Trustee Chair Joy Bowen-Eyre will discuss opportunities to improve education system cost, quality and access. Concepts such as the Public/Separate system will be discussed including benefits, drawbacks, hurdles in an open Q&A session.

The Alberta Party Education Policy Working Group will also be present to gather input on their proposed policies about Education System Reform. Questions, thoughts, and other pieces of input are welcome.

Seating is limited, so please register early. The event is free to the public, but donations would be kindly appreciated to support us in organizing additional open forums of interest.
