Dave Taylor's Private Member’s Bill 205 Passes 2nd Reading

After a debate that featured strong multi-party support, Private Member's Bill 205 has passed 2nd Reading in the Alberta Legislature. Drafted by Dave Taylor, Alberta Party MLA for Calgary-Currie, Bill 205 will amend the Municipal Government Act (MGA) so that municipalities can more effectively deal with significantly stalled, suspended or delayed developments.

Alberta Party Posts Letter to Editors of the Edmonton Journal & the Calgary Herald

Glenn Taylor renews Alberta Party call for full Judicial Inquiry

Alberta Party Leader Glenn Taylor sent the following letter to Premier Alison Redford this morning calling for an immediate, comprehensive Judicial Inquiry into the various allegations concerning Alberta’s Health Care System.

Along with the letter, we have also created a new website where citizens can sign a petition that calls for a full judicial inquiry at HealthInquiryNow.ca. We will forward the results of this petition to Premier Redford and Fred Horne, Minister of Alberta Health and Wellness.
