CALGARY, AB - November 19, 2016

Good morning. We are certainly living in interesting times in regard to politics and democracy – and that may be an understatement. We see and hear so much suspicion, distrust, anger, divisions, and polarization. There seems to be an inability for people to listen, to hear each other, to recognize other people’s values and views. To see what we have in common and to move forward together. Politics right now seems to be about asking people to choose a side, right or left, those are the only options presented. The AP stands in the centre and I am here to say that we are a very fine option indeed.

Alberta Party Opposition analysis finds Balancing Pool facing bankruptcy by the end of the year

EDMONTON, AB - September 9, 2016 - Using publicly available information the Alberta Party Opposition has calculated that the Balancing Pool will be out of money by the end of this year.

“The NDP were unprepared for the impact of their climate change plan would bring and it’s Albertans, through the Balancing Pool, that will pay the price,” said Clark.  “The government is trying to hide their ineptitude through an ill-considered lawsuit, drawing out the process, handcuffing the Balancing Pool and causing greater harm to both industry and everyday Albertans.
